Dear Beautiful Savior, 
This week we cross over the bridge of Easter into Pentecost living. 
Given our propensity to sleep walk, hide behind gated communities,  and believe we can control our lives, why does FEAR still seem to abound?  Isn’t it time to finally awaken and surrender to God’s perfect love that casts out all fear?  A Pentecost poem by Cheryl Lawrie to sit and reflect on.

Sunday, May 24 - Day of Pentecost, this is the last day of the Season of Easter, and we encourage everyone to wear red to worship.

Sunday, May 24 – Counter’s meeting after worship in Jenni’s office.

Monday, May 25 – Memorial Day. The church office is closed.

Sunday, May 31 – Meet & Greet with Pastor Annemarie Burke in Werner Hall after worship. Come meet and chat with Pastor Annemarie, our Pastoral Candidate.

Saturday, June 6 – Rose Molin Celebration of Life service at 10am.  Everyone who remembers Rose and her amazing paintings (like those in the front office) are invited to attend. Rose passed away on January 19, 2026.

Sunday, June 7 – Special Congregation Meeting in Werner Hall after worship, the only item on the agenda will by the Vote to Call Pastor Annemarie Burke.

Welcome into our community today as we seek to follow the one who gathers us.
May you feel a connection to the beautiful Savior in worship this day! May you join us in Living in Grace, Love and Action.   

We gather in the unity of Christ and are all invited to the Lord’s Table. He is the host —we are all guests. We celebrate that Jesus came to us and continues to come to us.  In faith we receive the body and blood of our Lord and Savior. We believe that he did this “for you.” We welcome ALL to Communion for it is the Lord’s Table and Jesus’s gift of grace to the world.
