Performance ReviewsLetter from Pastor Tony 9 Test yourselves to make sure you are solid in the faith. Don’t drift along taking everything for granted. Give yourselves regular checkups. You need firsthand evidence, not mere hearsay, that Jesus Christ is in you. Test it out. If you fail the test, do something about it. I hope the test won’t show that we have failed. But if it comes to that, we’d rather the test showed our failure than yours. We’re rooting for the truth to win out in you. We couldn’t possibly do otherwise. We don’t just put up with our limitations; we celebrate them, and then go on to celebrate every strength, every triumph of the truth in you. We pray hard that it will all come together in your lives. ( 2 Corinthians 13:9-10- MESSAGE ) I love this translation of 2 Corinthians! Paul is giving his final comments in the letter letting the Corinthians know that rather demanding proof that Christ was speaking through him they should look into their own hearts to where God’s power is working within themselves. Looking into our own hearts is a part of our performance review process here at Beautiful Savior for our staff. It is my responsibility along with the Council to yearly review our congregational staff. It is Becca’s responsibility along with the Academy Board to do a yearly performance review on the staff of the academy. Before I share the typical performance review with my staff, I have asked them to complete a personal questionnaire that is a deep assessment of how each one of them feels about how they, themselves, are doing in their particular position. It is that time of the year… these reviews are being done right now. Pray for us as we work through this review process! For more infomation visit:

Beware of ScamsPlease note that I will NEVER ask people for special purchases through email or any other platform. It has been brought to my attention that my identity has been used to scam people on my contact list to purchase gift cards for ministry use. This is a scam. |
