Our part-time office administrator is leaving her position and we are looking for a replacement starting at the first of the year.  Days needed are Mondays and Thursdays. 

Applicant must have working knowledge of the following programs: Microsoft Word, Power Point, Google Office (Gmail, Docs, Calendar, etc) as well as able to navigate Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, and able to learn other programs used in the office to maintain website and congregational records.  

Applicant would be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Create, publish, and upload biweekly newsletter and keep website up to date
  • Create and maintain weekly announcement video loop
  • Create and maintain church's social media presence
  • Support the Pastor, academy, office staff and  church ministries with clerical duties as needed
  • Handle phone calls and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Cover regular office administrator's duties during sick days and vacation
  • Complete annual review/self-assessment 
  • Perform other tasks as required
