Funeral Planning

How many of us are prepared for the end of life?

How many of us even want to think about it, or talk about it?

Yet, it becomes a great gift and a relief to those who follow if you have your wishes known and your "affairs in order." I was asked to find or create something to aid in organizing and planning.

There is a simple checklist of important things as a part of the sheet.  There is also space to write down desires for a memorial service.

It is a starting point for some good and needful work.
