Thank You!!

A huge Thank You to the Academy staff and students for packing 79 manna bags on Friday, January 10th.  The students had great fun assembling the manna bags & learning about helping those in need.

Thank you to everyone who donated items and/or helped assemble 181 manna bags on Sunday, Jan. 12th between worship services.  Remember to take a manna bag or two to keep in your car so you can hand them out to those in need.

Our Cup of Cold Water volunteers, led by Kevin Brown, helped to set up the event for both the Academy and the church, Thank You!

The Cup of Cold Water team has branched out and now stands outside of the DES office on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month and hands Manna Bags to people in need who are seeking services at DES. It has been well received and much needed! If you are interested in helping give out Manna Bags on Thursdays, please contact Kevin Brown at knbrownfish@gmail.com or the church office.
