Here are some ways to participate in the rememberance of 9/11:

Visit the 9/11 Memorial & Museum (virtually)
This site honors those who died in the attacks at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and on United Airlines Flight 175 and American Airlines Flight 11 and Flight 77. Here's a link:  https://www.911memorial.org/visit/about-your-visit/learn-and-explore-home
Attend a commemoration ceremony
Some places hold ceremonies to remember those who died on 9/11, honor those who helped with search and recovery, and pay tribute to those who continue to fight terrorism.

Give back to the community

Participate in a volunteer project to honor 9/11. You can share your volunteer experience on social media with the hashtag #NPSVolunteer. https://www.nps.gov/subjects/npscelebrates/september-11.htm

Set up a flag remembrance display: Some places set up flag displays to represent the 911 American flags that were lost on September 11. People can visit the displays to learn about those who died and reflect on their own feelings.
