What We're Doing

Panorama of Beautiful Savior Lutheran sanctuary

Worship and the music of worship are central to Beautiful Savior Lutheran. We have a multi-faceted music program which includes a Chancel Choir, the Fusion musicians and singers who perform at our blended services, a Hand Bell Choir that performs about once a month, and an assortment of Ensembles (Men, Women, and mixed) at various times throughout the year. Our Music Director also teaches an evening Children's Community Choir.

Our Sunday worship service starts at 9am and is usually just a little over an hour long. Holy Communion is celebrated each Sunday with wafers and wine or grape juice. We usually use individual disposable cups or sometimes communion by intinction (dipping the wafer into wine or grape juice). On special occasions we have fresh baked bread. Those not receiving communion, especially young kids, are welcome to come forward for a blessing.

Our Wednesday Taizé service is held by candlelight. It is a more contemplative service and includes Holy Communion, usually by intinction. It starts at 6:00pm and is about 30 minutes long.

Hearing assistance is available at all services. Inquire at the sound booth to the left as you enter the sanctuary. Please provide your own headphones.
