Learn to paint a favorite landscape with your acrylic paints! (It is highly recommended that those interested in this course have taken the beginners course first).
A class consists of up to six three-hour sessions, two per week for three weeks, with a maximum of five students. Painting classes will be held in the Luther Room at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church; once I find out how many are interested we can discuss which days and times work best for everyone.
Bring your own paints and brushes; cost is $40 ($15 for canvas board and shared supplies, and a donation of $25 to our GRACE center), payable at the first session (sorry, no way to accept credit cards at the current time, but I can accept cash, check, Venmo or Zelle).
Subject matter will be a landscape of your choosing (I STRONGLY recommend no buildings or other straight lines!!!). Bring your own photo, or choose from several I have. It is possible to work from a photo on your phone, but it will be much easier to work from a printed copy. I can print one for you, but I would need the photo in digital form, either texted or emailed to me at least a couple of days before our first class so I can print it out.
